There was nothing stopping these companies from going to the major (and minor) OEM’s and working out a deal for inclusion of their software. Now again don’t get me wrong, I think it will be a GOOD thing to have an additional browser possibly preloaded into Windows if you would like(firefox would be best since it is the second most supported browser by plugins and software vendors).
